The Plushbike conversion kit makes electrifying your bicycle simple, clean, and reliable.

Our kit includes:

• Compact Battery Pack – mounted neatly on the downtube, built in-house with genuine Samsung cells and a high-quality BMS for safety, performance, and long life.

• Smart Controller – hidden discreetly under the battery, protected and out of sight, with Bluetooth connectivity for full control from your phone or optional wireless display.

• 250W Front Hub Motor – strong enough to flatten hills and keep you moving with ease, while remaining fully EU-compliant.

• Cadence Pedal Sensor – mounted on the bottom bracket to deliver smooth pedal-assist the moment you start pedaling.

With only a single wire between the motor and controller, the build is clean and installation is straightforward.

Through the Plushbike app, you can:

• Monitor real-time data like speed, battery percentage, and assist level.

• Adjust riding preferences, including assist power and whether the motor helps only on climbs, or also on flat and downhill stretches.

For even more flexibility, we also offer an optional wireless e-bike display with throttle control, giving you instant access to key riding information and the choice of thumb-activated power when you need it.
